The finishes on this leotard are what I wish to achieve in my final garment of a leotard. I think that they look professional. The cover stitch machine in my college will help me achieve this finish. I prefer this to a hem or bias binding, as it seems to work better with lycra. I will adapt my hot pants patterns and manufacture plan to cover stitch the edges instead of the hem I have already done.
