Final touches
I'm am currently adding the final touches to my garments. This morning I have attached my fur collar to my shirt, and hemmed the bottom of my long dress using a invisible stitch. I have now got two outfits ready for the runway, just attaching my side pieces and zip and facings to go on my other two.
Sweedish house mafia
My song for the fashion show is greyhound by Sweedish house mafia. I think that it suits my theme, as there is a strong beat with a fast tempo. I have carefully chosen this as my song, as the catwalk goes with the speed and movements, the models can all have the individual walks and then when the beat kicks in they all walk out together.
LUCKY ME
Fittings week wasn't as stressful when it come down to it, as my models have been in proportion to my garments so far. I have had small amendments on seams and fastenings, but the length of garments and quality have been up to scratch. MY models all have size 5 or 6 feet, which is perfect as i wear size 5 and 6. I am excited to see the final outcomes of my garments against the hair and make up.
FITTINGS WEEK
Fittings week is over and I have three outfits fitted. My last one is to be fitted this afternoon. I am excited to have all my final measurements, its been a stressful few weeks but its finally calming down. I think the adrenaline rush of the fast pace work has put us all in a reliving mood for the fashion show to be this week. Feels like we have worked two years for two days worth of runway.

I feel like I am catching up at a faster pace I thought I would have. In three days of college I have completed my hot pants, my leotard and i'm now on my mermaid dress. I feel a lot more at ease with my time plan, but my remember to not fall behind with being to relaxed. It feels nice to know I have kept in with my time plan.
