Camila do Rosario is an artist from Brazil. I found her when typing in unusual illustrators in on Google. I have become very inspired to draw since first seeing her work. Her work is overpowering yet so delicate. Her mixed media including watercolour, pencil, biro, Photoshop and more is perfect for the effect she is trying to give off. Amongst her work I found hand illustrations, digital collages and pieces of art. I was particularly impressed with her hand drawings, especially the one I have recreated, because her work is so delicate, every little detail has been done with such care, its impressive. Camila is inspired by the world, everything and anything she says, this reflects in her work. From drawings of animals hidden in fashion to smoking oranges, her work ahs continued to excite me. I have become inspired by the patterns she uses, I have attempting to recreate one of her illustrations and choose one with patterns. Her work has set an unusual mood; I am confused by her work yet so intrigued. This work would be used in the couture side of fashion; Camila’s work is too detailed and embellished for the high street. I think that her work is inspiring to all areas or art and design, I will keep up t date with her work in the future.
