I found it difficult researching diversity as so many definitions come up. The definitions that stood out to me most were the following.
The state or fact of being diverse; difference; unlikeness.
Variety; multiformity.
A point of difference
I think diversity is a good thing to have, its what makes you you. Some people take diversity and use it against someone, e.g. bullying, discrimination. In my own words i would define diversity as being different to others in your own special unique way. if i had to sum it up in one word i was say unique.
